Natural excellent insulation properties, provide good electrical insulation performance for high insulation rubber; Using the barrier advantage of mica sheet, it increase the air tightness ; It can partly replace silica ,what provides one economic solutions for rubber composite materials ;Excellent shear resistance and abrasion resistance, improves the durable abrasion resistance of high abrasion resistant rubber; Smooth and excellent interface effect provides good isolation characteristics for moulds.
HUAJING wet ground mica powder produced from good quality natural mica scrap. During manufacturing process of cleaning, washing, soaking, crushing in high pressure,drying in low temperature,finer screening,it will become a very good filling mineral. Its unique manufacturing technique retains mica’s inner sheet structure,large aspect ratio, high index of refraction, high purity& luster, low Iron& sand content and other Industrial properties.
